American rapper, Cardi B, has described Super Eagles goalkeeper Maduka Okoye as “really sweet” and “very kind” after the pair were spotted together for the third time, further fuelling speculation about a possible relationship.
The latest encounter reportedly took place in Italy on Thursday, September 3, shortly after Okoye’s club, Udinese, secured a 2-1 comeback victory over Venezia in the Coppa Italia round of 32.
Cardi B had previously spoken warmly about the Nigerian goalkeeper while having dinner with friends at a waterfront restaurant in Venice.
“He was really sweet. When you see him on social media, he looks very strict and stern, but he is very kind. I hope to see more of him,” she said.
The two celebrities were first linked after being seen together at the Jean Paul Gaultier Fall/Winter 2026 Haute Couture show during Paris Fashion Week.
They were seated next to each other before later being photographed chatting on a balcony at a private event.
They were subsequently spotted together at the Venice dinner, with their latest appearance in Italy marking the third time they have been seen together.
Their repeated appearances across France and Italy have continued to attract attention from fans, although neither Cardi B nor Okoye has confirmed that they are romantically involved.
People have also been present during each of the reported outings.
Okoye, who represents Udinese and the Super Eagles, was born in Düsseldorf to a Nigerian father and German mother.
The goalkeeper has also attracted attention away from football this year through appearances at major fashion and sporting events, including Paris Fashion Week and the Formula One British Grand Prix.
For now, the pair have remained silent about the relationship rumours, leaving fans to speculate over their increasingly frequent public appearances.
