Turkish football icon, Hasan Şaş, has urged Galatasaray to monitor Super Eagles winger Ademola Lookman closely.
The Nigerian attacker was strongly linked with a move to the Istanbul giants during the summer transfer window.
Since joining Atalanta, 27-year-old Lookman has been a standout performer in Serie A, impressing with his pace and versatility in attack.
His performances have clearly caught the attention of Galatasaray’s management, who are seeking reinforcements for their frontline.
In a recent statement shared on his X handle, Şaş expressed confidence that Lookman could make a bigger difference than Leroy Sané.
“Lookman transfer. This player would change a lot of things. He would create a bigger impact than Leroy Sané.
“Galatasaray needs to stay in constant contact for the Lookman transfer just in case for their mid-season transfer already, needs to be at the table.”
