Super Eagles and Atalanta winger, Ademola Lookman, could feature from the start when the Italian side face Club Brugge in tonight’s UEFA Champions League Group Stage clash.
The fixture, scheduled for the Gewiss Stadium, is Atalanta’s second outing in the competition this season.
Lookman, who attempted to secure a move away from Bergamo during the summer, has only just been reintegrated into the squad.
The Nigerian forward returned to action in La Dea’s Serie A win over Torino two weeks ago but remained on the bench throughout last weekend’s 1-1 draw with Juventus at the Allianz Stadium.
Head coach Ivan Juric suggested the 27-year-old could now be set for a bigger role against the Belgian champions.
“Ademola has been training with us for a while and I’m starting to think about it. The same goes for Ederson, they’re two important players we need to bring back into the rotation,” Juric told Football Italia.
