Super Eagles midfielder, Raphael Onyedika, has sealed a permanent move to Bundesliga side Eintracht Frankfurt from Belgian champions Club Brugge.
The Nigeria international joins Frankfurt on an initial transfer fee of €9 million and has signed a five-year contract that will keep him at the club until June 2031.
He has also been handed the No. 25 jersey.
Reacting to the signing, Eintracht Frankfurt Sporting Director Markus Krösche expressed confidence in the midfielder’s qualities and potential.
“Raphael Onyedika impresses us not only with his robustness and strategic understanding of the game, but above all with his exceptional consistency. He has been a regular starter for several years and has celebrated numerous titles in Belgium.
“Furthermore, he possesses valuable international experience. At 25 years old, he still has great potential for development and is also an important building block for the structure of our squad.”
