Super Eagles forward, Paul Onuachu, has been named the Turkish Super Lig Player of the Month for October after an impressive run of performances for Trabzonspor.
The towering striker edged out eight other nominees, including Rafa Silva, Andre Onana, Milan Skriniar, Marco Asensio, Orkun Kokcu, Ederson Moraes, Wilfred Singo, and Davinson Sanchez, to clinch the award.
Onuachu played a pivotal role in Trabzonspor’s unbeaten October, contributing two goals and an assist in three league matches, as the Black Sea Storm recorded two wins and a draw.
This latest accolade adds to his growing list of achievements this season, having already claimed the Goal of the Month award twice.
The 31-year-old Nigerian international has now tallied seven goals and one assist in 11 league appearances for Trabzonspor so far in the campaign.
