Inter Milan are reportedly preparing a fresh bid for Super Eagles star Ademola Lookman after their initial offer was turned down by Atalanta.

The Nigerian international is said to have already agreed personal terms with the Nerazzurri, signaling his interest in making the switch to the San Siro.

Last week, Atalanta rejected Inter’s proposal to secure Lookman’s services.

As reported by Gazzetta, Inter’s first bid was structured as a loan deal with a mandatory purchase clause.

However, Atalanta, commonly known as La Dea, are holding out for a permanent transfer worth €50 million.

Talks between the two Serie A sides are expected to resume this week as they work towards a possible agreement.

Meanwhile, the 27-year-old winger has reportedly turned down an offer from reigning Serie A champions Napoli.

Lookman joined Atalanta in 2022 from German side RB Leipzig and has since established himself as a key figure in the team.
