Bundesliga club Frankfurt submit bid for Onyedika

Bundesliga side Eintracht Frankfurt have made an official offer to sign Nigerian midfielder Raphael Onyedika from Belgian champions Club Brugge.

Onyedika, whose current deal with Club Brugge expires at the end of the season, has reportedly turned down the club’s proposal for a contract extension, further intensifying speculation about a possible summer exit.

The Super Eagles midfielder has been linked with several clubs in recent months. Turkish champions Galatasaray, along with a number of Premier League sides, are said to be keeping close tabs on his situation.

Eintracht Frankfurt have now moved ahead of the chasing pack by submitting a formal bid for the 25-year-old as they seek to reinforce their midfield ahead of the upcoming campaign.
