Manchester United star,Amad Diallo, has expressed strong support for Michael Carrick to take over as the club’s permanent manager.
Speaking in an interview with Sky Sports, Amad praised Carrick’s understanding of the club’s identity, his experience, and the positive bond he has built with the squad since stepping in.
“The biggest change maybe is because the team is now more impactful,” he explained.
He also highlighted the unity within the dressing room under Carrick’s leadership, stressing the collective mindset among the players.
“In the dressing room, we are really together, every mistake is not a problem, your mistake is my mistake, so we are a team that doesn’t care if you make a mistake, you go again, so we go forward, we want to win as a team.”
Amad further noted the widespread approval of Carrick within the squad, suggesting players would welcome continuity beyond the current spell.
“Everyone is happy to have him as manager. Everyone is with him… we will be happy if we have him next season as manager.”
