Manchester United icon, David Beckham, has praised interim manager Michael Carrick for restoring calm and a winning mentality at Old Trafford.
Carrick, who replaced Ruben Amorim in January 2026, has overseen a major turnaround in results, lifting United from seventh to third place in the Premier League standings.
Speaking with talkSPORT, Beckham said the current setup at United has given supporters a sense of stability they have not experienced in years.
“Yeah, I must admit, the last few months have been a lot more comfortable than the last 10 years, to be honest,” Beckham said.
“ It’s been tough over that time. But I think Michael’s got experience. I think he’s got a calmness about him that he’s brought into the club. He knows the club.
“He knows the players. He knows the way Man United play and the way Man United should play.”
