West Ham eye €20m move for Super Eagles’ Onyedika

West Ham United remain keen on securing the services of Club Brugge’s Raphael Onyedika.

The Nigerian midfielder is tipped to depart the Belgian outfit this summer following another standout campaign last season.

Onyedika, 24, has drawn interest from several clubs across Europe, including Premier League side Crystal Palace and Serie A giants AC Milan.

The Super Eagles star turned heads with his commanding displays in the UEFA Champions League and was instrumental in Club Brugge’s triumph in the Belgian Cup.

Waiting for the Right Offer

Last season, Onyedika came close to joining Turkish powerhouse Fenerbahce, but was convinced to remain at Brugge by manager Nicky Hayen.

As reported by voetbalnieuws, the defensive midfielder is now patiently waiting for the right offer and is open to leaving the former Belgian Pro League champions in the current transfer window.

West Ham Poised to Make a Move

Hammernews reveals that West Ham are “desperate to sign Onyedika,” who they have identified as their top target to fill the defensive midfield role.

The East London club are expected to formalise their interest with a bid soon, having recently generated a significant profit from the sale of Mohammed Kudus.

A €20 million offer is believed to be enough to persuade Club Brugge to part ways with the talented midfielder.
