Al-Nassr and Portugal forward, Cristiano Ronaldo, has officially announced his engagement to his longtime partner, Georgina Rodríguez.

The couple, who have been together since 2016, shared the joyful news on Instagram Monday evening.

Georgina posted a photo proudly displaying her dazzling diamond ring, accompanied by the caption, “Sí, quiero. En esta y en todas mis vidas,” which means, “Yes I do. In this and in all my lives.”

Currently residing in Riyadh, the couple relocated after Ronaldo’s transfer from Manchester United to Saudi Arabia’s Al-Nassr, where he signed a lucrative £173 million-a-year contract.

Since the start of their relationship in 2016, Georgina and Ronaldo have built a family, raising their 7-year-old daughter Alana and 3-year-old daughter Bella together.

Ronaldo is also father to Cristiano Jr., aged 15, and 7-year-old twins Mateo and Eva, who were born via surrogacy.

The pair endured a heartbreaking loss in 2022 when Bella’s twin brother tragically passed away during childbirth in April.

At that difficult time, they shared a heartfelt statement, “It is with our deepest sadness that we have to announce that our baby boy has passed away.”

“It is the greatest pain that any parent can feel. Only the birth of our baby girl gives us the strength to live this moment with some hope and happiness.”

They also expressed gratitude, saying, “We would like to thank the doctors and nurses for all their expert care and support. We are all devastated at this loss and we kindly ask for privacy at this very difficult time.”

In closing, they tenderly added, “Our baby boy, you are our angel. We will always love you.”
