The Nigeria Police Force has reiterated its dedication to safeguarding the lives and property of citizens while calling for continued public cooperation and vigilance as the country steps into a new month.
In a goodwill message shared on its official X (formerly Twitter) handle on Friday, the Force extended warm August greetings to Nigerians, emphasizing its resolve to enhance public confidence and community partnerships.
“We remain committed to protecting lives and property, strengthening trust, and building stronger partnerships with you – the people we serve,” the message stated.
Reaffirming its mission to foster peace and security nationwide, the Police urged Nigerians to be law-abiding and work collectively with law enforcement to ensure a safer society.
“As we step into the month of August, may it bring peace, progress, and prosperity to our homes, communities, and nation,” the Force added in the statement.
