Italian football legend, Alessandro Del Piero, has tipped Juventus youngster Kenan Yildiz to rise to iconic status at the club, praising the 19-year-old’s maturity and ambition.
The former Bianconeri captain, who sees similarities between himself and Yildiz in both style and temperament, told TribalFootball that the Turkish playmaker could be his natural heir at Juventus.
“From what I’ve seen so far, both on and off the pitch, he doesn’t need advice.
“He’s a serious guy, who loves to work hard, who wants to become a symbol of this club and be successful, and rightly so. In my opinion, he’s doing it in the right way.
“Obviously, there will be difficult moments, more or less positive ones, and in those moments he will have to rely on the right people.
“I hope he always has the right people around him who can tell him what he needs to hear at that moment.”
Yildiz, who has already caught attention for his composure and flair, continues to draw admiration from Juventus fans hoping he can emulate Del Piero’s legendary legacy in Turin.
