Apostle Femi Lazarus, wife relocate to Kenya

A Nigerian cleric, Femi Lazarus, has disclosed that he and his wife have received what he described as divine direction to relocate to Kenya.

The revelation was made during a church service at The Purpose Centre Church, where the host pastor, Julian Kyula, formally welcomed the couple. A video of the moment, which surfaced online on Tuesday, has since sparked widespread reactions.

Speaking during the service, Kyula informed congregants that the move was based on spiritual guidance.

“Apostle Femi Lazarus and his wife have received direction from God to be based here in Kenya,” he announced.

Confirming the development, Lazarus said their presence at the church went beyond a routine visit, noting that it was connected to a broader spiritual assignment.

“I came this morning with my wife, and some of our pastors are there with us also, and we shared with Reverend the new instruction God gave to us,” he said. “He was one of the first persons I had to share that with.”

The cleric further described the significance of the visit, suggesting a deeper spiritual meaning tied to the church.

“This morning we didn’t just come to listen to the word; we came recognising that this is not just a church but a gate,” Lazarus added.
