An unidentified person on Monday died and another sustained mild injury in a road accident along the out-bound lane of the Umaru Musa Yaradua Expressway, commonly known as the Airport Road in Abuja.
The accident involved a gravel-carrying truck and two smaller vehicles, resulting in the death of a woman.
A viral video circulating on social media depicts the gravel-carrying truck stuck between the two smaller vehicles.
Emergency response teams, including officials from the Directorate of Road Traffic Services, the Federal Road Safety Corps, and the police, were at the scene maintaining peace and order.
