Como climbed to the top of the Serie A table after producing a dominant second-half performance to beat Genoa 4-1 at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris on Friday.
The visitors, who extended their unbeaten start to three matches, recovered impressively after Genoa took an early lead against the run of play.
Genoa broke the deadlock shortly before the 20-minute mark when Lorenzo Colombo raced onto a long ball before setting up Milutin Osmajic, who finished calmly for his first Serie A goal.
Como responded quickly, with Martin Baturina restoring parity after collecting the ball outside the box and firing a low effort into the far corner.
Cesc Fabregas’ side then completed the turnaround when Assane Diao’s volley slipped past goalkeeper Justin Bijlow to put Como ahead.
Nico Paz added a third before the interval, bursting into the penalty area before firing past Bijlow at the near post to give the visitors a commanding advantage at half-time.
Como eased off after the restart but remained dangerous, with Tasos Douvikas heading over and Paz later hitting the post.
The visitors eventually sealed the victory in the 78th minute when substitute Moise Kean marked his debut with an assist.
The forward drew several Genoa defenders towards him before setting up Diao, who calmly finished into the far corner.
The goal completed Diao’s brace and capped an impressive individual display from the forward.
The result means Como will end the day at the summit of Serie A, while Genoa remain bottom after suffering three defeats from their opening three matches.
