Tom Dele-Bashiru has completed a permanent transfer from Watford to Greek Super League club Aris Thessaloniki for an undisclosed fee.
The 26-year-old midfielder ends a six-year stay at Vicarage Road after joining the Hornets from Manchester City in 2019. During his time at the club, he made 81 appearances and scored eight goals.
Dele-Bashiru featured in Watford’s opening two matches of the 2025–26 season before spending the remainder of the campaign on loan with Turkish Super Lig outfit Genclerbirligi.
Although he represented England at Under-16 level, Dele-Bashiru later switched his international allegiance to Nigeria, going on to feature for the country’s Under-20 and Under-23 teams.
In a separate move, Watford forward Jorge Hurtado has joined Colombian club Deportes Tolima on a season-long loan, with the agreement including an option for a permanent transfer.
