Ten-man Juventus staged a thrilling comeback to defeat RB Leipzig 3-2 on Wednesday, thanks to an 83rd-minute winner from Francisco Conceicao.

This victory marked Juventus’ second consecutive win in the Champions League, showcasing their resilience against a determined Leipzig side.

The match took a dramatic turn for Juventus when goalkeeper Michele Di Gregorio was sent off in the 60th minute after handling the ball outside the box, leaving the Italians to battle with just ten players.

Prior to the red card, Leipzig had taken the lead in the 30th minute when Benjamin Sesko fired a powerful shot that ricocheted off the crossbar and into the net.

This was a familiar scenario for Leipzig, as Sesko had also scored in their earlier loss to Atletico Madrid.

Juventus faced a challenging start, losing both captain Bremer and Nicolas Gonzalez to injuries early in the match. However, they showed grit and determination after the halftime break.

Dusan Vlahovic brought them level in the 50th minute with a well-placed shot, giving the visitors a renewed sense of hope.

Leipzig responded by regaining the lead in the 65th minute, with Sesko converting a penalty following a foul in the box.

Just three minutes later, Vlahovic struck again, curling a stunning left-footed shot into the far top corner to equalize for Juventus once more.

As the match approached its final moments, Conceicao emerged as the hero, securing the win with a brilliant finish that capped off a remarkable turnaround for Juventus.

In a separate fixture, Club Brugge achieved a crucial victory on the road against Sturm Graz, winning 1-0. The decisive moment came in the 23rd minute when Greek forward Christos Tzolis found the back of the net, putting Brugge in the lead. Ardon Jashari played a pivotal role in securing the result for the visitors, helping them to three points in the group stage. Meanwhile, Sturm Graz remained searching for their first points of the campaign, facing an uphill battle in the competition.
