US reportedly proposes 15-point plan to end Iran war

The United States has reportedly proposed a 15-point plan aimed at ending the war with Iran, according to media reports on Tuesday, with Pakistan acting as an intermediary to deliver the proposal to Tehran.

Israeli broadcaster N12 reported that the draft includes commitments requiring Iran not to pursue nuclear weapons and to transfer its stockpile of enriched uranium to the International Atomic Energy Agency.

U.S. news outlet Axios, citing a source familiar with the matter, said special envoy Steve Witkoff informed President Donald Trump that Iran had agreed to several key points, including giving up its highly enriched uranium stockpile.

However, the New York Times reported that it remains unclear how Tehran will formally respond to the proposal.

Israel’s reaction, as another party to the conflict, also remains uncertain.

Trump has repeatedly insisted that Iran is eager to reach an agreement.

“We’re actually talking to the right people, and they want to make a deal so badly, you have no idea how badly they want to make a deal,” he said.

Trump also said U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Vice President JD Vance are involved in the negotiations.
