Tyrese Gibson’s home raided after dogs’ fatal attack

Tyrese Gibson’s home became the scene of a police search after authorities executed a warrant connected to the alleged violent behavior of his Cane Corsos and newly released bodycam footage reveals how the operation unfolded.

The search took place on September 22, with video showing officers entering Gibson’s residence and walking past a towering Transformers statue in the mansion’s foyer.

Members of the Fulton County Police and Animal Services can be seen combing through the property, snapping photos as they inspect different areas.

The footage later cuts to the front of the home, where Gibson’s grandmother is seated in the back of a police car.

While it remains unclear why she was placed in the vehicle, the clip shows a calm atmosphere, with no visible signs of distress or confrontation.

According to the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office, Tyrese was arrested and booked on animal cruelty charges last Friday before posting a $20,000 bond for his release.

The case stems from an incident on September 18, when Gibson’s dogs reportedly roamed the neighbourhood unsupervised and allegedly killed another dog. Surveillance video captured the Cane Corsos barking at a neighbor’s door moments before dashing across the street to the home where the spaniel was attacked.

Gibson’s attorney stated Tuesday that the actor is “fully cooperating with authorities.”

However, law enforcement sources later said they were unaware of the dogs’ whereabouts.
