Pellers ‘N400m’ house gift is small money – Real estate mogul

Real estate entrepreneur King Mohamed Adah, popularly known as King Ochacho, has described the ₦400 million mansion he presented to TikTok personality Habeeb Hamzat (Peller) and his wife, Elizabeth Amadou (Jarvis), as a modest gift, saying it was insignificant compared to what he plans to give in the future.

Ochacho made the remarks during a TikTok livestream held on Monday, two days after the couple’s wedding ceremony in Lagos.

Speaking during the session, the businessman said the mansion, located in Abuja, was only the beginning of his support for the newlyweds.

“₦400 million is no money. As far as Ice King, Money Man and Ochacho Real Estate are concerned, it is just like ₦400. It is small money to them,” he said.

Explaining the reason behind the gesture, Ochacho praised Peller’s character, describing him as a kind-hearted person whose generosity attracts greater blessings.

“Peller has a very good heart. Whenever we give, God replenishes it and restores double what we have because we give,” he said.

He added that the mansion would be the smallest gift he would ever give the social media star.

“That house is going to be the smallest gift I will give to Peller. The next one I will give to him, they will switch off the light in this country. They shouldn’t worry. That house is going to be the smallest gift I’ll give him,” he stated.

During the livestream, Ochacho also announced plans to sponsor the education of selected students across the country as part of the birthday celebration of his son, Ice King.

According to him, beneficiaries with verifiable school accounts will have their tuition fees paid directly to their institutions.

“If you have not paid your school fees and you have a genuine school account, Ice King is going to help you on Thursday, which is his birthday. Give us the school’s direct account, and we will pay the fees for a selected number of people across the country,” he said.

He expressed confidence in carrying out the initiative, adding, “We are fully ready, loaded to deliver. In fact, we are hungry to deliver.”

Ochacho had formally announced the mansion gift during Peller and Jarvis’ wedding reception, where he revealed that the property, valued at ₦400 million and located in Abuja, was presented on behalf of his children.

The announcement drew loud applause from guests and quickly gained attention on social media.

The wedding attracted several celebrities, entertainers and content creators, including actresses Iyabo Ojo and Eniola Badmus, influencer Nons Miraj, singer Zinoleesky, actress Papaya Ex, comedian Cute Abiola, socialite Soso Soberekon, influencer Purple Speedy and Tanzanian singer Juma Jux.

The mansion gift fulfilled a promise Ochacho had reportedly made to Peller months earlier during an event hosted by Soso Soberekon, where he pledged to support the TikTok star’s wedding.
