Kocaelispor striker, Tayfur Bingöl, has declared his determination to outscore Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen in this season’s Turkish League.
The Turkish international has already scored four goals this term for Kocaelispor, putting him just one goal ahead of Osimhen, who has netted three for Galatasaray.
Bingöl, who joined Kocaelispor from Besiktas over the summer, has made an impressive transition from defender to striker, finding the back of the net regularly for his new club.
Speaking with BeIN Sports, Bingöl confirmed that his target is to finish ahead of Osimhen in the top scorer standings.
“I am also competing with Osimhen for top scorer. I hope I can surpass Osimhen at the end of the season,” Bingöl told BeIN Sports.
