Former Super Eagles striker, Simy Nwankwo, has officially joined Saudi Arabia First Division side Al Orobah.
The 33-year-old attacker departed Serie B club Salernitana at the conclusion of last season, ending a four-year stint during which he netted nine goals in 47 league matches.
Nwankwo’s career highlight came in the 2019/20 season, when he scored 20 goals to fire Crotone into Serie A.
Over the years, he has also featured on loan for Parma and Benevento, and earlier in his career, he played in Portugal with Portimonense and Gil Vicente.
Internationally, Nwankwo was part of Nigeria’s squad at the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia.
