Nigeria international, Ola Aina, has featured in the launch of Nottingham Forest’s new adidas away kit ahead of the 2026/27 season.
The Premier League club unveiled the new strip on Saturday, with Aina among the players modelling the kit.
“Nottingham Forest is delighted to reveal its adidas Away Kit for the 2026/27 season,” the club stated.
“The new kit sees the return of the adidas trefoil and reflects the rich heritage of Nottingham Forest, with the collegiate green colour paying homage to the Club’s name.
“Featuring an all-over printed graphic with the embroidered trefoil logo and iconic three stripes, the shirt includes collar and cuff piping, bringing dynamic, tailored style to the forefront.
“Collegiate green shorts and socks complete the 2026/27 Away Kit, which will be worn by Forest Men’s, Women’s and Academy teams.
Forest supporters will have their first opportunity to see the new outfit in competitive action on Saturday when the club participates in the inaugural Friuli Venezia Giulia tournament.
Oliver Glasner’s side are scheduled to face Udinese Calcio and Spanish giants FC Barcelona at the Bluenergy Stadium.
Aina, who joined Forest in July 2023 after leaving Torino, has established himself as an important member of the squad.
The 29-year-old made 18 Premier League appearances last season and contributed one assist.
He made his Forest debut in a 2-1 defeat to Arsenal on August 12, 2023, before scoring his first goal for the club in a 2-0 victory over Aston Villa at the City Ground on November 5 of the same year.
Forest subsequently extended Aina’s contract by a year in May 2024.
The versatile defender scored his first Premier League goal of the 2024/25 campaign in Forest’s 3-0 home victory over West Ham United on November 2, 2024, a result that lifted the club to third place in the table.
Aina later committed his future to Forest by signing a further contract extension in July 2025, keeping him at the City Ground until the summer of 2028.
