Fulham came from behind to secure a 2-1 victory over Championship side Stoke City and book their place in the FA Cup fifth round, thanks to a late winner from Harrison Reed.
Stoke started the game on the front foot, with Bae Jun-ho causing problems down the flank.
The South Korean broke the deadlock in the 19th minute, finishing after Eric Bocat’s intelligent square pass following a swift counterattack.
Marco Silva’s side responded strongly after the break, finding an equalizer just 10 minutes into the second half.
Brazilian forward Kevin picked up the ball on the left, danced past defenders, and fired a brilliant shot past Tommy Simkin to level the scores.
The Cottagers strengthened their bench impact by introducing Emile Smith Rowe, Raúl Jiménez, and Harry Wilson, who added fresh energy to the attack.
The comeback was sealed late in the game after a defensive error from Stoke. With little pressure on him, Simkin’s misjudged pass was intercepted by Harrison Reed, who calmly finished to put Fulham ahead.
Despite a spirited showing from Mark Robins’ Stoke side, the Premier League visitors’ quality proved decisive as they progressed to the next round.
