Fresh rumours of a possible reconciliation have surfaced after Nigerian music icon Innocent “2Baba” Idibia and his former wife, Annie Macaulay-Idibia, were seen together during a night out.
Videos making the rounds on social media captured the ex-couple sharing affectionate moments at a nightclub.
The pair were seen embracing, exchanging a brief kiss and singing along to several of 2Baba’s classic songs, while excited clubgoers cheered them on.
Their public appearance has reignited conversations about the state of their relationship, given the highly publicised breakdown of their marriage.
In January 2025, 2Baba announced via social media that he and Annie had ended their marriage and were beginning divorce proceedings, bringing an end to a relationship that had spanned more than a decade.
The separation dominated entertainment headlines, especially after the award-winning singer moved on with Edo State lawmaker Natasha Osawaru.
He confirmed their relationship shortly after the split, proposed to her in February 2025, and the couple reportedly tied the knot in July of the same year.
