Global music star Rihanna and her partner, rapper A$AP Rocky, have become parents for the third time.
The couple, who are already raising two sons, confirmed the arrival of their new baby girl on September 13, 2025.
The singer, 37, shared the news with her fans on Instagram, posting intimate photographs of herself cradling the newborn, who has been named Rocki Irish Mayers. In the images, the baby is dressed in a pink onesie and tiny ribbon-laced gloves, while Rihanna proudly wore a ring engraved with the word “Mom.”
“Rocki Irish Mayers Sept 13 2025 🎀,” Rihanna captioned the post, tagging Rocky.
The proud parents are also raising sons RZA, born in 2022, and Riot, who will turn 2 next month.
Speaking about motherhood in an earlier interview, Rihanna admitted she once thought her life would follow a traditional path of marriage before children.
“I always thought it would be marriage first, then a baby,” she said, “but who says it has to be that way? I’m not going to let that stop me from being a mom.”
The couple, who have been together since 2020, revealed they were expecting at the 2025 Met Gala, where Rihanna showed off her baby bump on the red carpet. A close source to the family said they had always dreamed of having their children close in age.
“Rihanna has always wanted a big family, so she couldn’t be happier. They feel blessed and grateful for this next chapter,” the insider shared.
