The President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.), is expected to commission on Friday, May 19, the Presidential/VIP Wing of State House Medical Centre, Abuja.
According to The PUNCH, the President’s chief of staff, Prof. Ibrahim Gambari, officiated at the ground-breaking ceremony for the legacy project, which is located on the grounds of the Presidential Villa.
The hospital, which doubles as a dedicated intensive care centre, has a total floor area of 2,485 square metres and a basement.
It will take care of the President, Vice President, and their close family members as well as VIPs.
