Ondo approves cut-off marks for secondary school admission

The Ondo State Ministry of Education, Science and Technology has approved cut-off marks for admission into public Junior Secondary Schools across the state for the 2026/2027 academic session.

According to The Punch, the decision followed the assessment conducted for prospective students seeking admission into public secondary schools.

The examination was scored out of a total of 300 marks.

According to a statement issued on Tuesday by the ministry’s Press Officer, Bisi Lawani, the approved cut-off marks were determined based on candidates’ performance in the admission assessment.
