Lyon and Aston Villa have booked their places in the UEFA Europa League Round of 16 after topping their groups with 18 points each from seven matches.
Both sides will now bypass the knockout phase play-offs and advance straight to the last 16.
Several other clubs have also secured progression but will enter the knockout phase play-offs in February.
These include Bologna, Braga, Celta Vigo, Crvena Zvezda, Fenerbahçe, Ferencváros, Freiburg, Genk, Midtjylland, Nottingham Forest, Panathinaikos, PAOK, Porto, Real Betis, Roma, Stuttgart, and Viktoria Plzeň.
The winners of the February play-offs will join Lyon, Aston Villa, and other Round of 16 qualifiers in March, setting up the knockout stages for what promises to be an exciting second half of the Europa League season.
