England midfielder, Jude Bellingham, has become the first English player to score 50 goals for Spanish giants Real Madrid.
The 23-year-old reached the milestone during Real Madrid’s encounter with Racing Santander after ending a seven-game goal drought.
Bellingham scored his side’s second goal of the match, following Kylian Mbappe’s earlier conversion of a penalty, as Real Madrid established a 3-0 lead in the first half.
Yan Diomande added the third in the 36th minute, giving the Spanish giants a commanding advantage as they continued their impressive run following their El Clasico victory the previous weekend.
Before achieving the feat, Bellingham was already Real Madrid’s highest-scoring English player, with former England internationals David Beckham and Laurie Cunningham jointly occupying second place with 20 goals each.
The milestone further underlines Bellingham’s impact since joining the Spanish club, where he has established himself as one of the team’s influential attacking players.
