He congratulated Christians across Nigeria and in the diaspora, urging them to reflect on the core values associated with the season.
“I congratulate all Christians in Nigeria and in the diaspora on the joyous occasion of Easter,” Tunji-Ojo said.
“I urge Nigerians to imbibe the virtues of selflessness, forgiveness, forbearance, and love as exemplified by the life and teachings of Jesus Christ.”
The minister also called on citizens to embrace unity and peaceful coexistence, stressing that such values are essential for national progress.
“Easter reminds us of the importance of tolerance and community spirit that bind us together as a people. Nigerians should remain committed to these ideals for the advancement of our country,” he stated.
