An Ikeja Ikeja Sexual Offences and Domestic Violence Court has detained a medical doctor, Dr. Olufemi Olaleye in Lagos for alleged rape.
Olaleye who is a 57-year-old medical doctor of Optimal Cancer Care Foundation, Dr Olufemi Olaleye, was charged for allegedly defiling his wife’s 15-year-old niece.
After he entered a plea to a two-count charge brought against him by the Lagos State government and involving the defilement of a child and sexual assault by penetration, the court remanded him.
He was given N50m with two sureties in the same amount after entering a not guilty plea to the charge brought against him.
