Arsenal nail Man Utd 3-2 to extend EPL lead

Premier League leaders, Arsenal Football Club on Sunday defeated Manchester United at the Emirates to extend their lead on the league table.

The Mikel Arteta led team fell behind in the 17th minute after Marcus Rashford gave the Red Devils the lead.

The lead was however cut short after Eddie Nketiah found the back of the net in the 24th minute.

Bukayo Saka gave the Gunners the lead in the 53 minute after firing a low shot past Manchester United goal keeper, David Degea.

Parity was restored in the 59 minute after Lisandro Martinez pounced on a misplaced ball from Arsenal goal keeper, Aaron Ramsdale, to nod home the equalizer.

Arsenal would eventually go on to win the game after Nketiah scored his second goal of the game.
