Nottingham Forest, Bournemouth reportedly eye Super Eagles’ Dele-Bashiru

Nottingham Forest, Bournemouth and another unnamed Premier League club are reportedly monitoring Super Eagles and Lazio midfielder, Fisayo Dele-Bashiru ahead of the summer transfer window.

The Nigeria international has continued to attract interest after an encouraging spell in Italy, with both Nottingham Forest and Bournemouth previously making attempts to sign him during the January transfer window.

However, Lazio turned down the offers.

He has also been repeatedly linked with Turkish side Trabzonspor, who are believed to remain interested in his services.

“The former Sheffield Wednesday player has two years left on his contract and talks with Lazio over his future are expected to take place at the end of the season.

“Sources close to Dele-Bashiru have told Sky Sports News that while he’s happy at Lazio, he is open to a move to the Premier League.”

The 24-year-old, who previously featured for Sheffield Wednesday, joined Lazio in 2024 from Turkish club Hatayspor.
