Super Eagles forward, Umar Sadiq, has shared his thoughts following Valencia’s narrow 1-0 triumph over Osasuna.
The victory came on Sunday at the Mestalla, where Carlos Corberán’s side secured all three points thanks to a penalty won by Sadiq and successfully converted by Largie Ramazani.
With the win, Los Che climbed to 13th on the LaLiga standings, reaching 29 points.
Reflecting on the result, Sadiq expressed his satisfaction and the team’s determination to sustain their momentum.
“It’s important for us to win the three points today,” he told the club’s official website.
“We’ve been working hard this week to give the fans what they deserve, and now we finally have the three points and are already looking forward to the next match.”
Sadiq, who completed a permanent move from Real Sociedad in January, has scored once in eight league outings for Valencia this season.
