American model, Kim Kardashian and British seven-time Formula One champion, Lewis Hamilton, have set tongues wagging after being spotted on a secretive romantic retreat at the exclusive Estelle Manor in the Cotswolds, United Kingdom, this past weekend.
The duo reportedly enjoyed the luxury estate’s services, including a couple’s spa session and an intimate in-room dinner.
Kim flew into the country on her private jet, while Hamilton arrived about an hour later by helicopter.
According to eyewitnesses, Kim’s car was escorted by a second vehicle reserved solely for her luggage,even for a weekend escape.
“You couldn’t miss it was her, she had about eight suitcases with her which had her name embossed on the side,” one onlooker told The Sun.
Upon arrival, Kim was discreetly ushered into the property by two security guards, who remained stationed at the door throughout their stay to protect the pair’s privacy.
The getaway was brief but lavish. They checked out at 11 a.m. the next morning, with Hamilton leaving via the front gate, while Kim exited through a side door, once again under heavy security.
They were reportedly driven away together in a car accompanied by their bodyguards.
While it’s unclear exactly when Kim and Hamilton’s relationship began, the two share a history that goes back years. Hamilton is known to have been close to Kim’s ex-husband, rapper Kanye West.
The trio, along with Hamilton’s then-partner, Pussycat Dolls singer Nicole Scherzinger, posed together at the 2014 GQ Awards in a memorable photo.
Hamilton has spoken fondly of his friendship with Kanye, saying at the time, “He’s outspoken, to say the least. I love that. He’s electrifying in everything he does. I wish I could be that outspoken, I really do. But I’m signed to brands that have an idealistic image they wish to be connected with, so I need to be careful.” He was even part of Kanye’s Easter celebrations with his family, including Kim.
Their friendship endured after Kim’s split from Kanye in 2021. Hamilton shared a photo of them posing with awards at the Wall Street Journal’s Innovator Awards that same year, captioning it, “It’s such an honour to be recognised amongst a group of such remarkable talent.”
Hamilton, who previously dated Nicole from 2007 to 2015, has also been linked to singer Rita Ora. Meanwhile, Kardashian has had brief relationships since her divorce but has publicly stated that she would only consider dating after completing her law degree.
In her 2024 manifestation list, she outlined the qualities she seeks in a partner, “Good morals and values. A calm person, dependable. Takes accountability, that is my number one thing.”
With their shared history and recent getaway, speculation is rife that the pair may have taken their longstanding friendship to a new, romantic level.
