Hollywood star, Vin Diesel, has revealed that football icon Cristiano Ronaldo will make an appearance in the upcoming Fast & Furious film, with a character reportedly created especially for the Portuguese forward.
Diesel, who plays Dominic “Dom” Toretto in the blockbuster franchise, hinted strongly at Ronaldo’s involvement after posting a photo of them together on Instagram.
In his caption, the actor suggested that the five-time Ballon d’Or winner is officially part of the Fast universe, noting that a role had been written specifically for him.
The actor has also shared fresh details about the franchise’s final installment, which is slated for release in April 2027.
According to Diesel, the movie will feature an emotional reunion between Dom Toretto and Brian O’Conner, the character originally portrayed by the late Paul Walker.
Diesel further disclosed that production of the finale will take the series back to its roots in Los Angeles.
Filming had earlier been affected by the destructive wildfires that struck the city in January, but the actor confirmed the team is now set to return and complete the project there.
