The Court of Appeal sitting in Ado Ekiti, Ekiti State, has affirmed the incumbent governor of the state, Biodun Oyebanji, as the winner of the governorship election held on June 18, 2022.
The PUNCH reported that according to the three-member panel of the court on Tuesday, the appeal filed by the candidate of the Social Democratic Party, Segun Oni, was lacking in merit.
