Al-Nassr captain, Cristiano Ronaldo, etched his name deeper into football history on Saturday, netting a milestone goal in his side’s emphatic 5–1 victory over Al-Fateh.
The Portuguese superstar became the first player ever to reach 800 goals in club football, a record that spans an illustrious career across five clubs, Sporting CP, Manchester United, Real Madrid, Juventus, and now Al-Nassr.
Ronaldo, 40, unleashed a thunderous strike into the top corner during the second half to notch his fifth goal of the season for the Saudi Pro League giants.
The strike also marked his 99th goal in 112 appearances since joining Al-Nassr in January 2023 following his Manchester United exit.
Breaking down his remarkable tally, Ronaldo has scored 5 goals for Sporting CP, 145 for Manchester United, 450 for Real Madrid, 101 for Juventus, and 104 for Al-Nassr.
With yet another record secured, the five-time Ballon d’Or winner now turns his focus to leading Al-Nassr in their upcoming AFC Cup clash against Goa on Wednesday at the Fatorda Stadium.
