The WAFU B U-17 Championship Group B match between Nigeria and Togo has been rescheduled to Thursday morning due to a heavy downpour.
Golden Eaglets media officer Francis Achi, confirmed this on Wednesday.
The encounter, initially set for 5 pm on Wednesday at University Stadium, will now commence at 9 am Nigerian time.
Also, the Group B fixture between Burkina Faso and Niger Republic will also take place on Thursday morning, running concurrently with the Nigeria vs. Togo match.
The Golden Eaglets require just a single point from their clash with Togo to advance to the semi-finals.
Meanwhile, hosts Ghana and Cote d’Ivoire have already secured their spots in the last four.
