Super Falcons goalkeeper, Cynthia Chiamaka Nnadozie, has set her sights on winning silverware with Brighton & Hove Albion following her move to the English club.

The 2024 CAF Women’s Goalkeeper of the Year joins the Seagulls on a free transfer and will officially link up with the team on July 1, once her current deal with Paris FC comes to an end.

In a conversation with Brighton’s official website, Nnadozie shared her excitement about the next chapter of her career and her ambitions with the club.

“It feels so great, I’m really excited to join this great club. Right from the beginning, when I heard the name of the club, I was so interested, and I’m happy to be here today,” she said in an interview shared via the club’s official X handle.

“I want to win trophies, to win games, but most importantly, to help the team achieve great things,” she added.

Brighton will be hoping the Nigerian international brings her top form and experience between the posts as they aim for success in the upcoming season.
