Super Eagles forward, Paul Onuachu, is set to complete a permanent switch to Turkish side Trabzonspor, with his medical scheduled for Monday.
Southampton confirmed earlier this week that the Nigerian striker’s transfer to the Super Lig club has been given the green light.
Onuachu is no stranger to the Black Sea Storm, having impressed during a season-long loan in the 2023/24 campaign, where he found the back of the net 15 times in 27 outings across all competitions.
The 31-year-old is now poised to end his two-and-a-half-year stint with Southampton, whom he joined from Belgian club KRC Genk in January 2023.
His time in England saw limited success, registering just four goals in 36 Premier League appearances for the Saints.
