Ronaldo banned from making Al-Nassr debut

Portuguese forward, Cristiano Ronaldo, who recently joined Al-Nassr, will have to wait before making his debut for his new club.

According to Daily Mail, this is because he has not yet completed the punishment he received for shattering a supporter of Everton’s phone last year.

This means that Ronaldo will not feature in the Al-Saudi Nassr’s Pro League match against Al-Ta’ee on Thursday night.

It would be recalled that Ronaldo received a two-match suspension from the English FA in April for breaking a supporter of Everton’s phone.

The former Manchester United forward is also prevented from making his debut by additional issues.

Before starting the Portugal captain, Al-Nassr must discharge a foreign player and obtain the Saudi Arabian Football Federation’s certificate of competence.
