Vice President Kashim Shettima on Wednesday arrived in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State capital for the final rally of the All Progressive Congress.
Timipre Sylva is the governorship candidate of the APC in Bayelsa State.
The off-cycle election is also scheduled to hold in Imo and Kogi states on Saturday, November 11.
