The presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi and his running mate, Dr. Datti Baba-Ahmed on Monday visited Islamic cleric, Sheikh Ahmad Gumi in Kaduna.
Peter Obi made this known via a tweet on Monday, he tweeted “Dr Datti Baba-Ahmed and I stopped by for a courtesy call on Sheikh Gumi at his official residence in Kaduna.
Gumi became well-known for urging the federal government to engage in negotiations with the bandits terrorizing the north.
