PHOTOS: Kwankwaso visits Kano election violence victims

The Presidential candidate of the New Nigerian Peoples Party, in the last presidential election in Nigeria, Dr Rabiu Kwankwaso has visited the victims of the last presidential election violence in Tudun Wada, Kano State, today.

 

The former governor of Kano State, was there to commiserate with the victims, who were affected in the attack that occurred, last week Sunday, where no fewer than two people were killed and some properties were also destroyed, during the incident.

 

In the attack, the campaign office of a member of the NNPP was set on fire and two people were reportedly burnt to death.

 

However, a member of the All Progressives Congress and member of the house of representatives, representing Doguwa/Tudun wada federal constituency, Alhassan Ado Doguwa, who was fingered in the attack, was subsequently arrested, remanded but, was later released on bail.
