A chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party, Reno Omokiri, has faulted Peter Obi for commenting on the demolition of illegal structures in Lagos State.

The ex-aide to former President Goodluck Jonathan stressed that the former governor of Anambra State failed to comment when the structure of the controversial Prophet Chukwuemeka Cyril Ohanaemere, popularly known as Odùméje was demolished in Anambra.

Omokiri who posted a video of the controversial prophet being slapped said that the 2023 presidential flagbearer under the Labour Party failed to comment.

He said nobody was slapped in Lagos but Obi reacted whereas Odumeje was slapped and Obi did not react.

Omokiri posted, “Odumeje Was Slapped By Anambra Officials While Demolishing IIlegal Structures. Obi Said NOTHING. Nobody Was Slapped in Lagos. Obi CONDEMNED Lagos!”

Recall that Obi, on Thursday, November 30, condemned the demolition of the illegal structures in Lagos, saying that because of the hardship in the country, the government should carry out enforcement with compassion.
