Team Ogun and Team Kwara are set to face off in the final of the men’s football competition at the 2024 National Sports Festival.
Kwara booked their place in the final with a narrow 1-0 win over Kaduna in the first semi-final.
Muhammed Abdullahi netted the decisive goal just two minutes past the hour mark.
In the second semi-final, Ogun State edged past the Golden Eaglets with a 2-1 victory.
The hosts found the back of the net twice before the Eaglets managed to pull one back.
The highly anticipated final will be played on Tuesday at the Moshood Abiola Sports Arena in Abeokuta, with kick-off scheduled for 6pm.
Meanwhile, the third-place fixture between the losing semi-finalists will take place earlier in the day at 9am, at the Remo Stars Stadium in Ikenne.
