Arsenal midfielder, Ethan Nwaneri, has confirmed that the club will continue to be his home after putting pen to paper on a new contract extension.

Nwaneri Secures Four-Year Deal
Following an impressive breakthrough season in 2024/25, Nwaneri has signed a fresh four-year deal with Arsenal.

The young and versatile midfielder made 37 appearances across all competitions last season, contributing nine goals and two assists, a performance that cemented his place in the squad.

In an interview with Arsenal’s official website, Nwaneri expressed his joy at the new contract and his eagerness to contribute to the team’s ambitions.

He described this upcoming season as his true start in senior football and pledged to help the club fight for the Premier League title once again.

“Signing this contract means the world to me. I feel like this is my first real season playing senior football and being part of the squad in the dressing room,” Nwaneri shared. “I’m really excited about what I can bring to the team, and my goal is to help us win as much as possible, bringing joy and success to the club. Arsenal feels like home to me.”

A Record-Breaking Journey with Arsenal
Nwaneri’s journey with Arsenal began at just eight years old, progressing through the academy alongside talents like Lewis-Skelly. His rapid rise saw him featuring for the under-18 team at just 14, showcasing his potential early on.

In September 2022, Nwaneri made history by becoming the youngest player ever to appear in the Premier League, stepping onto the pitch as a substitute against Brentford at just 15 years and 181 days old.
